I purchased this theme many years ago. I have proof of purchase (Screenshot), but the purchase code was removed from my account somehow. My site is now incredibly slow. I have had multiple developers work on site to make it faster which has not helped. Any chance I am able to get some support to take a look and see whats wrong with my site? Thanks

I tried to Submit a request for 30 minutes, and I don’t have time to waste it gives me an error when submitting saying: “Autentification error. Please try to login in again from our help center here.”, even though I am signed in. I tried different browsers, different settings and it still doesn’t work. I do not have time for this please just answer my questions and requests here. I did not pay for your theme to go through run arounds…

where i can change page structures? i mean you have HOME 1 , HOME 2, HOME 7… they have different page structure (menus and other items positions), where i can change them? in page builder i dont see , in edge opptions i dont see. I want to change left menu postion in “LEFT MENU HOME” . I Cant find where it is setup. Where do we change the submenu background width?

Is it possible to change a specific page title , or custom page title that doesn’t copy the page name? we can add and image to the title area, but i do not see where i can add a custom page title area

The title area will always display name of the page you’ve entered in backend. You can disable title on the page in Edge Title options please see screenshot ), and then create a section using the WPBakery Page Builder. Just a background image for the row and inside the row add text you want to display as title.

if you look at the edge banner on the main template of your theme, there are three edge banners under the main slider. Can we have TEXT instead of logos on those banners and if so , how to do this?

1. To change primary color please navigate to Edge Options -> General and set the ‘First Main Color’ ( please see screenshot ).

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi, I bought the theme a few years ago and now WPBakery Page Builder needs to be activated but I don’t have a license because it was included in the theme. Can you give me support? The theme hasn`t been updated since June 19.
This is the information that WPBakery gives: “How to update and receive support if I do not purchase a direct license? In such case, you need to wait for your WordPress theme author to update WPBakery Page Builder on their side and push it to you. Also, support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.”

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that. When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.
We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.
But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please reach us at helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com and include your purchase code and one of our support agents will provide you with the latest versions.

And, actually, when I use your test site (shop minimal) the load times (when you click on the ‘quick view’ or ‘add to cart’) are also ridiculously slow. I have already had to switch my site to a different one and will not be using this theme. I’m requesting a refund. Thanks!

Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher. Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer.
