We located the only support request from you #1799566 and established that you received response for your question.
The problem our agent found is related to Error 500, that comes up in your console, which is directly caused by some server misconfiguration. This is also explained in our public article https://edge.ticksy.com/article/10628/
The easiest way of troubleshooting is increasing PHP parameter values in php.ini file and increasing PHP version, which our agent also suggested.
Our support staff wrote you a response in November and we didn't hear from you ever since.

Edge themes are always feature rich, the edge tool pallet is straightforward and easy to use. I have bought many themes from Edge, the documentation and support is far superior to any other theme builder I have used so far.
