All blocks/sections in the theme are created and designed using the tools of the WPBakery composer. There are also two ways in the theme of importing demo content. One of this is to import layout as html. But in such case not all blocks can be edited easy. The same is for the Elementor. It has own functionality and own composing of html which differs from the WPBakery. So, to make blocks easy editing you will have compose of them manually. Or just use html and edit css/html tags.
May be we will add Elementor Builder app in the future uppates.

I have the theme installed at https://thedjservice.com/blog and while in chat with my hosting service (bluehost) they decided to move it to https://thedjservice.com without (I said I didn’t want it, but they did it anyway). Now the activation code doesn’t work and the site is covered in the big red error. I removed the code from the dashboard. Could you reset it?

It does not respond completly to my question
I’m ok with the fact everything works well but I would like to know if you can make the necessary to upgrade the WPBakery to its last version just to be sure everything is updated and based on the good security assets? That is something you did before, but since the 6.6.0 version, there’s no update anymore from your part. There are in 6.9.0 version level nowadays. It’s embarrassing.

My license key isn’t working and I can not get your support team to respond. I submitted a support ticket via your support portal and now the support portal is deactivated and no longer working so I can’t even check the status of the ticket I submitted.

Hi, I just updated the theme, and all kinds of things are going wrong.
1 – My menus got switched 2 – The Slider on home page now does not work correctly, it spends only 1/2 second on each slide. 3 – Editing slider (on Text tab), when switching to Text tab, nothing shows up in edit box. I have to go out of Text module and go back in for text to show up.

Have just discovered why some forms or links don’t work properly. There is no documentation on using what I just found in the html. A js plugin called Magnific Popoup. Where in the theme documentation is this found for clarification?
Also, there is no documentation on the classes or IDs used for Voicer backend editor. Where in the documentation can classes be found?

Your technical writers excluded the fact that it uses a 3rd party library to achieve the pop-up functionality, for example in the templates. Having weeded through the code, I’ll just study the Magnetic Popup docs and all other undisclosed 3rd party critical information not provided. Maybe consider updating your docs to include this information or direct link customers to it instead of charging more for expired support after it was discovered.
