It’s not a wordpress theme, but a html template. So you cannot have it installed on wordpress.

There are few things that I would like to mention for “Designer Portfolio”
1) in the bottom section there is no map 2) In the portfolio section if any category selected then it must be highlighted for example: if “Flyers” selected then it must be highlighted with Yellow color or something like that.
