TO be honest, I was a little reluctant about the support in general with other themes I have from other developers, BUT...

When I got this theme I loved the way it looked.. and i started to customize it. I must say even i have made many websites in Joomla and WordPress it is my very first online shop and I needed help quite i few times.
Well, I got support and answers to ALL my questions and the guy behind has a lot of patience and he is a great guy and helps me solve all my little problems.
