Split Home Page Is Not Showing On Mobile and Tablet as it’s shows up on desktop. Also it’s not editable via elementor how can i get the split functionality in mobile and desktop version as it’s on split-page given in the link above

I got the wrong theme. I am using WordPress. So I want to return the design I bought now. Or we can replace it with wordpress theme instead.
Did you purchase the WordPress version, too? As I mentioned earlier we can refund you this HTML version once you purchase the WordPress version.

Hello, I need help. Submit does not work when using the mobile template
I found out what it is, I would like you to help me solve it. I put a form inside the “intro” class that is inside “section wave_two_section_one”. I realized that when I take the “intro” out of the class, sending the form works, but when I have the “intro” in the class, the submit does not work.
Well, we have made the contact form working. Now if you want to put some custom works, that’s not covered by support. If you want to hire us, that’s different, please let us know.

We are going to update this template with the missing home #4 (split screen slider) today and it will include many more pages: 4 new home pages with very attractive designs and layouts, full eCommerce pages (shop grid, list, shopping cart, checkout etc.).
When ThemeForest approves the update you will get notification email from theme, so keep an eye! Most likely, later today.

I am requesting for support everyday on Envato but nobody is replying me. I am unable to submit ticket on https://droitthemes.ticksy.com/submit as it keep saying the license code is not valid as it doesn’t have Wavee HTML Template option from the drop down list.
I purchased Wavee Creative HTML Template from Envato, but in the downloaded folder Home Page Demo 4 and some images are missing. can you please send those files to me. also nova.themes@gmail.com won’t support on that so please reply and support. this is my third comment in a row.

We are really sorry for your inconvenience. So, after you get the new files, would you please remove the 1 star or change it to a 5 star. We did not cause you this trouble deliberately and we promise you (and all other customers) that this will not happen again. And even though you lost some time, when you get more than you expected (4 new home pages, ecommerce pages etc.) we believe we deserve a 5 star eventually!

I am unable to log ticket as waves html template option is not available on your portal, it only has the waves wordpress theme option and perhaps that’s the reason its not accepting my license code there. please send me missing files in my email.
