Hello. The theme doesn’t have layouts for RTL but it supports translating to any language.
the header we can make it from left, right or center?
The current version doesn’t support this but you can use Mega Menu plugin to create a custom one or use Elementor Pro for custom header and footer.
Installing the demo gives an error:

In the menu section, I have a title that has a subtitle that also displays as follows on the site, but another subtitle I take exactly under the second title does not display the third subtitle on the site.
