First and foremost, lisense code has nothing to do with the theme. If that was the case, the rest of the users would have reported the same issue.

A lightweight theme with a lot of amazing features! Has been extremely customisable and using elementor with this theme has been a breeze! I've needed supports help twice, both times the response has been quick and absolutely amazing! Issues (which weren't even theme related) both solved!
Will definitely be checking out their other themes for future projects!

A Disappointing Experience: My Honest Review of the Wavo Theme
I recently bought the Wavo theme from Themeforest, hoping to create a beautiful and fast website. Unfortunately, my experience with this theme has been extremely disappointing. I feel the need to share my honest review so that others can avoid the frustration and dissatisfaction I've faced.
Firstly, the performance of the Wavo theme is terrible. Despite the claims made by the developers, the truth is that this theme is slow and inefficient. It takes a very long time for the website to load, both on mobile and desktop devices. This has led to potential visitors leaving my site because it's just too slow.
Despite their promises of great customer service, I found their responses to be slow, unhelpful, and full of excuses. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for the problems with their product and instead tries to shift the blame.
I strongly advise against purchasing the Wavo theme. It simply doesn't deliver on its promises and falls short in every aspect. The slow website speed, excessive files, and overall poor performance make it a regrettable investment.
Instead, I recommend exploring other options that prioritize better functionality and user experience. There are many themes available that offer fast performance, clean code, and reliable support. Take the time to do thorough research and read reviews before making your decision.
To sum it up, the Wavo theme has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience for me. I urge you to avoid this theme and invest your time and money in a better option that will truly enhance your website and deliver on its promises.

First and foremost, keep changing your feedback to force authors refund you is not going to help anything and this is also against Envato review policy as well. Envato has a refund policy and you have to provide a reason based on the policy.

1 - ) Regarding the performanse of your site, we've already explained you in details. There are a very many factors that influence performance, ranging from the number of plugins, to the server not having Gzip enabled, image optimization, incorrectly configured cache plugins, no cache plugins, too many cache plugins, incorrect use of a CDN, keeping the theme and plugins updated, missing images in child themes that you add as a customization and the list goes on.
