After installing the theme i realised that some feature are missing, for example in customize > site identity > i have only Site Title, Tagline, Site Icon but there is no SITE LOGO option. Is this a common issue?

this theme doesn’t work, it’s full of bugs and to make a website you have to contact support every time you want to make changes. we got our hands on it 2 times and 2 times we had to write to theme support to fix it. they keep plugging in plugins to make it work and slow down the website

On PAGES and POSTS…. short code is working. HTML in text mode works on pages and post too. BUT on product pages , it does not. If i use short code or html in text mode, it just doesn’t work. Should I make a support ticket and renew my support?

In the theme information it is said that the template uses WP Bakery Page Builder, but this is not true, it is provided within the theme, you can use it,but it is not integrated.
The demo imported pages uses Cleaning Child Page Builder, that i dont know if it worked before, but at this date i think its really broken and a complete disaster.
I am having really serious issues with Cleaning Child Page Builder.
- It wont let you restore saved revisions of the page.The Cleaning Child Page Builder overrides this option and always presents you the last content it was auto-saved.
-It autosaves everytime you make a change, so if you dont like the preview, you cant f5 to undo the changes nor go back to a saved revision.
- I spent 3 hours trying to add a simple list because there was a bug with a letter that would mess all the list. Writing that letter in Capital solved the issue.
- Now im trying to center a content using a 1/6 4/6 1/6 columns design in a Fullwidth section.
What a surprise, content is not centered, because the proportions are not set properly.
Width should be 16.6% 66.6% 16.6% but actually the page builder sets a 15% 60% 15% width adding some static margins on the left. The total widht of the section is not 100%, its 90% and even if you align the content on center, as proportions are badly set, and not fullwidth, it is not centered if you compare with the previous section that has only 1 column.
-Everyday and everytime i try to implement a new section of the web i discover a new bug/malfunction.
-You should be embarrased and ashamed about the Text Editor Block of Cleaning Child Page Builder.
I dont know what to do. I liked the visual design of the template and we should have made only a few minor changes to it. But seeing how this builder is working and how much time we are throwing away, I wonder if it would be better to start from scratch with WP Bakery builder, but this will take time too and have a time limit to complete this project.
