The options panel creates a directory, which is really bad practice~ requesting a refund or support & got no response

I downloaded the theme two days ago and it is full of bugs.

Downloadable version of the theme, didnt work and the author sent me a new one, it still doesnt work (i.e. not possible to import the DEMO content, revolution slider is an outdated version, social media icons settings do not work, IG plugin doesnt work etc.)

gljivec, the Author of this theme provides the best customer support I have ever experienced :D I had a problem with the post thumbnails so I wrote him an email and 10 minutes later I got a reply. Two hours later he fixed the bug !

Super smooth customer support which allowed me to tweak this superb theme to how I wanted it.

Previously I had given this theme three stars, but after the most recently update broke basic features of my site and waiting a day to have my support ticket assigned to someone and then another day to have them ask one question and now waiting another entire day to get an answer... hopefully. Well basically I'm tired of having a broken looking site. If you're doing a fresh install this theme might be great for you. If you're not then you're better off not getting this theme. It has a lot of bugs and security problems and the mandatory support that you pay for through Envato is pretty worthless.

Lots of bugs (can't chance colors, non reponsive posts, etc) and terrible support

This is a simply blog theme and does have a few quirks and lacks. I needed to do a little customization and the support team was extremely responsive and patient and helped me do exactly what I needed. Great blog theme with great support!
