Is it good for wedding ring business? I have website on engagement rings. The main feature i want is to add ring size that should be build in theme? Is this theme have that option?

This theme has a bug, theme is not loading masonry grid images. Do you know about this issue?

seems like it is WPBakery Page Builder old version issue. Updated plugin should be provided in theme update. We still have 6.7.0 in theme.

When are you going to provide 6.9.0?

Hi, I love this theme. I am thinking use it for a mother clinic changing pictures and icons only… The question is… Can I put my own icons in services and places like that (I would have to look for some icons about babies and mums and install them)?

I have done a support ticket through the NicDark website but had a hard time with logging in through that Wordpress screen.

I am having an issue with the size of images in my posts. The images are being stretched in both height and width once published, even though the images are saved with the largest dimension as no large than 900 pixels. It has only started doing this recently over the past couple weeks – all settings seem to be the same.

Help! How do I fix this?

I client has asked me to fix her site and this theme is used. How can i change the header on mobile only element? If i change it then it affects the whole site. I just need to change it to be more mobile friendly. She has recently bought this but the original website maker no longer responds. That’s why I am now making changes.

Totally understand , but apart from not being very mobile responsive the site is all done. I’ve already tweaked the site. Your template was purchase from 1st to 10th sept. All i need is general support so find out why this is not very mobile friendly in it’s current form.I do not need to buy a license there is one installed. I am disappointed you cannot get it from the actual website, but not your fault i know. Thanks for your reply though.

Where can I find the social icons you are using on the theme ? I only see 3 icons (FB, Google and Twitter). I don’t see Instagram.

I have just purchased this theme. I am unable to edit or download the demo. It seems purchasing the WP Bakery is necessary. I do not see the license so that I can proceed. please advise.

I have not been able to get any demo content to load. It asks for another file for content.
