I've purchase dozens of themes over the years and this is the first one that I didn't actually use. It didn't work correctly and needed support. I found out that they don't do support on the market I purchased it on itself but run their own support site. Since it's not on the market site, they have no record of your purchase so you have to prove you purchased it by inputting your authorization code. Mine was not accepted. It said it was invalid. After some research I found that they had a support site for their support logging in issues. On that support site, they wouldn't answer any questions about the theme, only issues with the support site. Ultimately, it took several days before getting a response to the support site support. Then another several days to get a response to my issue. I ended up with two responses. The first response didn't answer my question and the second response basically was a work around that made it so I couldn't use the feature that purchased the theme for. I replied asking for more support and waited 2 weeks with no reply. Within the first couple days of this several weeks time period, I had purchased another theme, had my site built and was receiving regular visitors. I will never purchase another them by this author. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
