I’ve tried to put the purchase code in the new domaine but i receive this message:

Hello, thanks for reaching us. If possible please send us a screenshot of website on previous domain. Based on Envato’s license policy each copy of theme must use use on a single domain.

Of course, please feel free to use it on your stage and production servers, but keep in mind, please don’t use your key on multiple production domains or your key will be banned all other domains but the first one.

Staging server is on a different domain and live server will be the clients domain address. So its 2 separate domain addresses. Do I have to contact you or I can activate it on the live server when website is ready to go live?

Hi Latest update will make my site critical error. I did revert theme update and left updated plugins and got site up. Let me know if you want investigate, I can make you staging site if needed.

Hi support team, I’m trying to generate the sitemap with Yoast Seo plugin but I’m getting an error: This page contains the following errors:
error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error. I debuged the issue with Health Check plugin , deactivating all the plugins and themes, the child theme seems to be the problem, with the parent theme I can have the sitemap but when I activate the child theme it comes with the error.
Please I need some help here cause all my styles and custom code is on the child theme.

In case if any one having the same issue and as we informed you as replying to your email, custom PHP codes in child theme’s adding an empty line of each site map XML files that triggers an error when your try to view XML files.

Latest update fixed custom header function. Now theme give following message: “Your theme is not verified, please fill your purchase code to install/update latest version of the necessary extensions.” When I put purchase code I get message: “Wrong version number or item ID given.” and code not accepted.

Plugin is not Up-to-Date. Wp page builder plugin is to old.
