Hello, this site has always builder issues, we just update the theme and now nothing is working , we are not able to update ay element on any of the pages, can you please give me hint , if there is any special setup to make the builder work as it should?, there is always issues with double white spaces, not saving changes, or just plain not even opening the element

There are no known issues with the latest theme version functioning. Please make sure to use 1.2.7 theme version, update plugins (check Appearance/Theme plugins tab) and clear cache, it can be helpful.

The theme comes with the custom Content Composer plugin created by our developers for content adding – the tool that is proved to be handy and convenient. Drag’n’drop function provides great flexibility of settings and shortcode options. Shortcodes can be easily added, edited and rearranged. Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. You can modify content according to your requirements.
We haven’t tested Elementor or other page builders functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee their compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

After buying the theme, I sent a request for the demo installation, I sent all the required credentials, what you guys installed and what is on your LIVE demo is different. Nothing works, it like a template was applied. Is this some sort of a joke?
Kindly alert your team to do the needful as i just submitted another request for the same purpose. If I can not get exactly as the LIVE demo is then kindly refund my money as there are lot of themes that can give me what I want..

Changes are not taking effect immediately. This is frustrating as i am able to see the effects of my changes as i am working in the WP dashboard. I need to wait for some times before it can see what was changed. If by example i change the fonts of my site, or color and anything, i cannot see the results right away. How do i fix that?

I’ve deactivated the plugin, and still the problem persists. changing the colors, fonts of the menu, navigation, body, footer and other section of the website has no immediate effects. This is very strange and it’s a big problem to manage my site. i need to fix this problem, i think it’s an issue with the themes.

What kind of page builder does this theme use? I built a client’s site with this a few years ago and just went to make some changes and it’s saying that elementor is there. I do not remember it being elementor. And when I go to edit with elementor it does not load.

Hello, I’m on the latest version of Wordpress (5.7.2) and also the most recent version of the theme (v.1.2.3); however, I’m unable to edit any pages created with your Visual Content Composer. When I click an element to edit, a blank editor panel opens. The title/label for the element editor panel is shown, but there are no controls to edit the element.
I installed the Classic Editor plugin and configured as suggested to no effect. The Test jQuery Updates plugin is not compatible with the latest version of Wordpress. Please advise how to resolve, or please provide a fix.

There are no ready language files, but you need to take only a few steps to translate your website to the needed language. It will be rather easy to translate the theme as it comes with a .pot file. Basically, this is a list of all words and phrases that are present in the theme, and you will need to go through it and add translations for them. Theme documentation contains a rather detailed instruction on translating your website.
