By fare the most buggiest theme I have had the headache to work with. Most of the time changing page settings or theme settings don't deploy (no, not a caching issue). Poor documentation. The "MODERN HOME" doesn't com with the demo and good luck trying to recreate it from scratch... just too many hickups along the way to make this theme functional.

Beyond the pale difficult, complicated and overly dependent on third parties
Customization of pages and colors were real headache. Color tags are erratically linked and we change at one place, some other place also changes its colors. Not at all satisfied working on this theme, ended up shifting to some other theme as per client's demand.

Yet the color schemes and the way they work in Welfare and other similar themes is appreciated by thousands of users, as this functionality was created to provide you with the maximum of customization options, together with an ability to do it fast. The main idea is that the theme has a set of color schemes that define colors globally throughout the theme, while each element particularly has custom on-page color settings too, where you can either set a specific color for it, or choose from one of the global color schemes. This allows to to quickly apply the needed colors globally for the whole website, as well as change them customly for certain elements.
