I was asked to renew the support, I did it and got the confirmation mail as well but neither you guys are working on my existing open TICKET #7650 nor letting me submit a new Ticket and asking me renew it again. What kind of service is this? While renewing the support, I used different email id as it was associated with my Paypal. Is this causing issue?

Got little problem with this theme because it’s not sending email’s to user’s when they create a new account (this same not sending to admins)
Only if i create account manually from Wordpress admin it’s sends..

With a single regular license you are not allowed to create multiple websites. You should either purchase another license for a second website or remove the theme from there.
