Hey There,

I was asked to renew the support, I did it and got the confirmation mail as well but neither you guys are working on my existing open TICKET #7650 nor letting me submit a new Ticket and asking me renew it again. What kind of service is this? While renewing the support, I used different email id as it was associated with my Paypal. Is this causing issue?

Can someone please look into the matter? This is really frustrating.

Al activar el plugin trx_updater.zip es cuando sale el error de datos de conexión. todos los demás plugin se instalan perfectamente pero no puedo cargar el theme. Necesito una solución. Gracias

Got little problem with this theme because it’s not sending email’s to user’s when they create a new account (this same not sending to admins)

Only if i create account manually from Wordpress admin it’s sends..

Why this emails don’t work?

It turns out that they do not load the images of the products as before, now only the name appears and the image is not seen.
