Don't get. WP Bakery plugin is the worse. This template would work so much better if it was on elementor

NICE THEME AND A LOT OF HARD WORK HAS GONE INTO IT. BUT A CAVEAT BEFORE YOU RUSH TO BUY IT. ENSURE THAT YOUR SERVER HAS THE CAPABILITY TO HANDLE IT.
A lot of people who purchase this theme package may have to go webhosting upgrades, in order for control over server capabilities by way of a dedicated or VPS managed server.
Below are some of the PHP minimum requirements you may have to ensure.

It's a big theme, a lots of settings and things to change. But when you learn it, its powerful!

Unfortunately, this theme was extremely slow when working in the admin. Several tools were clunky and simply wouldn't take effect until after several save-and-refreshes and sometimes never after endlessly testing different settings or doing the same task in different ways. I am an experienced WordPress user that builds several Wordpress sites for my clients per year and this is a theme I will definitely not consider for a while unless serious updates are made to its admin. While the front-end design and styling is great, the admin is very buggy and slow!

We find this feedback very strange, because neither we or any of our other users had this kind of complaints. Usually, the problem is in the front-end elements' loading time, but it's usually due to large media files.
When it comes to back-end and it's functionality, we didn't have reports about something not working or working 'lazy' as you suggested.
From the first look, there could be some improvements made on your side. You should check PHP version on your server. 5.6 will work with all our themes, but if you want a faster site, you should consider 7.2 or even 7.3.
Next, try to disable all caching plugins, if you have any, and try again.
Last but not least, you should try from a different device, ultimately from a different internet connection.

Theme with minimal customization. Creation and sale of tickets for events not implemented. There is no header constructor, which is wild for 2019. The topic is still raw. There is where to grow, because the design is made cool, which played a decisive role for the purchase. If the developers are able to qualitatively modify the topic, then I will give a 5/5 rating.

From the support threads we received from you, we could see that you're using some 3rd party plugin(s) for theme customization. As our agent already replied in this ticket #1889048 we're not in a position to extend our theme's functionality, on demand, beyond the default scope. Sorry about that.
When it comes to header, we don't really know what do you mean by "constructor" but we included 3 header types, along with widget areas, which you can access from Elated Options > Header and Appearance > Widgets.
It's important to understand that our theme is tested multiple times before the release and all built-in functionalities are working 100%. If you're having issues with some 3rd party asset, please reach the author of the plugin.

The design is fantastic and it's pretty easy to figure out if you have experience with WP. The documentation is a bit lacking, but support is responsive to help answer questions and provide CSS customizations.

The visual of the theme is A1. Nothing to say about it.
The customization with Visual Composer is very difficult. Everything is minified, making almost impossible to customize the elements. I'm losing time for small details. I recommend you to buy it only if you won't customize it.

You don't always know what you're getting in a theme until you begin to work with it. Some themes have so many customization options that it becomes time-consuming and overwhelming to build the site. Others look good but suffer performance issues. So far, I've been able to do everything I want with this one, the front end performance is good – I'm really pleased. Kudos!!
I was bought this theme, it's no bugs and good theme, however, the technical team is very very bad, when we send a reply they will not reply promptly, they will not send a reply within 24 hours (maybe 3days), it will affect our client site and maybe we will lose our business. Concern this when you buy.

On one of your ticket response is two days, and it is just because you've submitted one reply during the weekend.
