hello,why are you didn’t install by yourself and test the package and fix the bug of kingcomposer plugin install error package. it is a very simple step for installation. I think i know how to install the theme. but the error message shows --Something went wrong with the plugin API. can you check your code and update or just refund, it is really annoying when you buy a good-looking theme and even can’t install packed plugin,. installation is not a very complicated step. please don’t make it complex.

Hi, Thanks for the amazing theme. I am facing some issues as follows:
1- I tried to import the demo data but it was not as expected and it keep showing this msg (License Your Theme From “Appside > License” To Import Demo Data).
2- The menu is not appearing on the header and footer
3- Is there a way to replace the logo with my SVG logo version.
4- On the documentation is not clear how to add the short code for (what we offer) and the rest.

I am not happy with this theme support at all. The theme is not working and I have a support ticket and they have no idea what they are talking about and they do not address the issue you are having. I don’t know if they don’t understand English or not. Dealing with their support has been a waste of time and frustrating. Multiple responses that have nothing to do with the underlying issue. Useless. Based on the theme support so far, I would not recommend it to anyone esle. Every response is some other thing that does not address your issue.
The theme options to change the company email address, phone number, and get in contact link in the main menu do not work and they keep suggesting things that do not fix these issues repeatedly. Multiple responses and these problems are still not fixed.
First response, go find it is the theme options assuming that I had already not done that.
Then turn a menu option off instead of fixing the problem.
Now change to a different header instead of fixing the problem. They say the menus options I want are in a different header then how am I seeing the menu options in my current header. Makes absolutely no sense.
Not once have they told me how to change the phone number, email address, or get in contact link. I have changed these items in the theme options and they do not update the website. Nor have they acknowledged that it flat out is not working and they will fix it. I am getting the runaround constantly.
Someone that seems to know nothing is providing support.

Obviously, I already have an open support ticket. I am pointing out that the support I am getting on that ticket is useless. The person does not seem to understand the problem and seems to have no idea how to address it or what they are talking about. I am tired of having my time wasted and not having the problem resolved and getting answers that do not address the issue I have raises: When you enter the the email address, phone number, and get in contact link fields in the theme options, the website is not updated. I have yet had an answer that fixes these problems and keep getting answer that have nothing to do with it. The support has been useless. What is the point of support tickets if the person providing support does not seem to understand the issue or how the theme works. Go and check you support system and you will find the ticket already there with all of the responses that have yet to fix the problem of the theme options not updating the website.
The support ticket has been open since December and no solution that address the theme options not working has been provided. I am not getting help or a solution. I responded to the support ticket and have not gotten a response in over a day. I asked for someone to call me because the person providing support does not seem to know what they are talking about or even understand that the theme options for the email, phone number and get in contact links are not showing up in the menu system of the website. When you scroll down on the site, a pop out menu button appears. When you click on this menu, it has demo contact information and does not take the information you enter in the theme options. I have updated the theme options numerous times and it does not work. I gave the support person a login and the last time I checked the field the information had been deleted.
I am tired of waiting a day or more for a response and then getting a response that is totally useless and does not address the underlying issue. Just wasting my time.
I even sent an image with the problem and the person keeps talking about other things like disabling the pop out menu option that is displaying the demo phone number and demo email address instead of fixing it. I asked how to change the demo information to what I want and they have not addressed this. They told me to turn the menu option off which does not fix the problem I raised. Then they said use a different header and the options I want are in a different header. That makes no sense because the incorrect information is showing on the current header.
Your support person does not know what they are talking about. Their first response was look at the theme options. If that was working I would not need to create a support ticket. At this point I believe that the theme does not work and that you would rather waste my time than just fix the theme. The theme options do not update the website and the support person is useless. They do not know what they are talking about.
I have a client waiting on their website and I cannot deliver it because the theme options in your theme do not work.

I just received a message saying the issue is fixed. All your support person did is change the header in the theme options which I did not approve or want and the problem still exists. How many times do I have to go around in circles with your business and never get the underlying issue fixed.
Here is a copy of my response to the last support message which still has not address the underlying issue. I have also attached a new image to the support request that shows that the theme still has the wrong email and phone number. Not once has your support address this issue. Amazingly horrible support.
You still have not fixed the problem. Do not change the header on the website. You cannot just change the header to cover up the problems with your theme. You cannot just randomly change the look of my website. That is very unprofessional. Instead of fixing the problem, you are just trying to hide it. The pop-out menu still has the wellinor demo data in it and not the right information. See the image attached. And this is after you said it is fixed.
You changed the header on my site and the issue is still not fixed. This is the worst support I have ever gotten on a theme. Every answer you give never fixes the problem. Just wastes more time. Day after day wasted!
I did not tell you to change the header on my website. Do not do it again. I asked you to fix the problem in your theme where the information entered in the theme options for the email address, phone number, and get in contact links do not work. You still have not fixed these issues.
How do you think it is acceptable to just change the header on a site when I have already chosen the one I want. Again, your theme is not working. Fix it.
Just checked again, and now you have just removed the get in touch feature from my theme instead of fixing it. Did I approve that. Did you even mention it? No.
Also, now that you have removed the get in touch feature, the search box no longer aligns with rest of the menu, and the pop out menu option which is in the image on the support request still has the wrong contact information so the theme is still broken. Are you just going to remove that feature as well instead of really fixing it?
You also overwrote my changes and changed the color scheme on the website and have undone my work. You have now created more work for me. Please undo your changes and put the theme back the way I had it.
You are now breaking the design of the site and this site is now overdue because of horrible support.
How do you change the pop out appointment menu on the right side of the menu when you scroll down on the site? There are no instructions for this.

If I use the version 1.0 child theme and upgrade the portent theme to 1.9. The settings in theme settings cannot be saved.
The new version 1.9 does not come with child theme, so I create one but it will show error if I switch or preview other themes. The issues is fatal, I will not be able to open the website again.
