Thanks for feedback. Yet we regret hearing this, as most of the customers say the the is great in use, as well as that the support is helpful. You only need to keep in mind that the images are not included in the download, and are replaced with placeholders, and this is written in the product description and is a usual practice, as they are under copyright restrictions.

You say you have tried contacting our support and received no response - there is no chance for that, as we respond to ALL tickets within one or two business days, as it is written in our support tab. Most likely your ticket never arrived, please make sure you have received a confirmation email with a ticket number. If you haven't, we recommend submitting a ticket again. Please check for confirmation email and post your ticket number in comments on Themeforest, so that we could make sure we received it.

Thanks for your feedback. Yet please note that the theme was not advertised to come with a Visual Content composer plugin form wpbakery. The theme includes a custom cmsmasters composer plugin that brings large functionality that is perfectly tuned up to the theme. Thousands of customers (many of them are complete beginners) use our themes with the same admin panel and report them to be very flexible, powerful and intuitive in use. The theme also comes with a detailed documentation, and our support team is always at your service and ready to assist you with any questions.
