i just installed the theme and imported the default demo content but the main menu on the top does not showing at all.
From the customizer i checked the main menu, everything looks ok.
Why can I not see the main menu?
We added Elementskit Header builder with the theme. Check if this is active or not If this is active then edit the header with elementor and on Nav menu widget select the Nav you want to show. Hey, im using your old version of the theme till now and i’m testing the new one. Are the licences for Elementor and Elementkits included?
You don’t need the Pro version to use our theme. Elementor and elementsKit free version enough to make a site like our demo.

is there a update introduction from 3.2 to new version 4.0. I tried it on an testdomain, but for example the onepager from 3.2 doesnt work like before.
Also had to delete all plugins otherwise the side didnt load and throws a lot of errors from the essential plugin.
So for me it looks like i have to build the whole site new too.

Yes new version and built from scratch. Cause Unyson plugin abandoned there plugin and lots of issue caused now.. So we have decided to Rebuild from scratch so everyone use this theme.
