Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if Mikado Core is also updated. It is important to also update Mikado Core when the theme is updated.
Also, please make sure that your purchase code is registered in theme’s dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

Ok thanks it is working now, but I still can’t register the template because it says: Code is already registered for other domain. A while ago I have been testing this template with a subdomain then I erased it and never use it. I even do not have the main domain anymore. How could we refresh the access so I could finally make the website! Thanks

Hi again! It of course worked and was able to register the theme. But I convert my website in multisites to have the English and French version. I use the sub-domain method and have different wordpress dashboards, how can I register the template for my sub-domains? Thanks a lot!

The latest theme version 2.6 is PHP8 ready and you can simply update your theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. You do not need to extend support in order to update the theme, you simply need to download the latest theme files from the account the theme is purchased and you can follow the update procedure that we provided.

Thanks for writing in! By default, the WP Bakery Plugin is available for page editing only. However, you can use it to edit other post types (such as blog posts or portfolios) as well. To do so, navigate to WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post Types, select Custom from the dropdown and mark all the checkboxes available there.
