Please note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Our support team tests the site of each user on request, and provides individual tips for improvement. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance.

Hi, I cannot seem to change the header on the home page. I want the compound header above the slider and the theme options changes it on all other pages but not on the home page. What do I need to do (I do not want the slides behind the logo and menu)

Hi, This theme is very similar to what we are looking for, however there 2 things.
First, I am reading people are having issues with your theme since it has not been updated for a while. If we purchase and there are unresolved issues can we get a refund? Maybe we can do a trial first?
Second, how compatible is this theme with WooCommerce?

this template has a problem with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, actually its doesn’t permit to update a text, the popup appears on blank when a try to update any text with this plugin so helpme to resolve it, my wordpress version is 5.5.3

I’ve bought your theme ‘Welsh Corgi’ for a corgi breeder in 2019 because the theme looks lovely. Recently I’ve updated the theme with the WPBakery Page Builder which came in very handy, the maintenance of the website was very difficult for someone who doesn’t know anything about coding. I’m using the blogposts as well as the services, but there seems to be a problem with the template of the singe post page? Even if I use the classic mode, the ‘post_content’ isn’t showing anything at all. Is this a common problem or is it just me? How can we fix this?

In the meantime I noticed that the error occurs on every page where an essential grid has been placed. So this plugin no longer works? I have built a lot of galleries with this plugin so it takes a lot of time to change them on every page. Also, I can’t use any other image gallery. The images I’m trying to add on any other gallery won’t even upload.

Best Regards,Ok so we saw with the support and the problem of the gallery which make the layout of the page move when you dont have photos with same size. The problem come from the code of the gallery itself. You have to have the photos with same size. Its not correctly optimize.

That theme is great but too much work need to have a correct result. The BIG problem is the gallery. Its not like social media like Facebook. Its not update correctly to the photos and make the design of the pages with knocks when you have differetent photos with not the same size even if you try to give a width and height.
