I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering a challenge in setting up the demo. I however do not seem to trace a support ticket from you. Kindly submit a support ticket so that we can get to assist you with this.
This theme is outdated. Not updated since march 2022, so some plugins on it like WP-Bakery are running really old versions. Also, even in the themeforest page says it was updated on july, that is not true. I contacted for them to correct that, and it still says last update july 2022, that is false. And I don't know why but my rating have been deleted before when i posted it.

Although I do love the look and functionality of this theme, it’s the customer support that really shines. Their support is responsive and helpful, even when I send a seemingly endless string of harried questions/complaints. 5 stars indeed

Great customer support. When I purchased the theme I had a few issues to import the demo and create menu etc. But their prompt support helped me to fix the issues within a short time

Really excellent customer support, I had tons of questions and issues and with a help of Max I was able to resolve them very quickly. And also when you get the basics the theme itself is very easy to use, gives you tone of options to design it as you wish and it looks awsome!
