Cant update ModelTheme Knowledge and it breaks the website. WP says it has been updated but upon returning on the all plugins page it says it needs an update and shows v1.0. Support expired I cant submit a ticket.

Presales q: i am looking for a theme so my readers can send me a ticket with their questions, issues, requirements… and that when they enter the data in a contact form (i guess) they send the form and receive a number for their ticket. (obviously, the ticket reach me in form of an email and in i way i can recon that is a ticket, i receive a lot of emails. Can this theme help me achieve this? If not, can you please advice me on a theme or plugin that works for me? Thanks.

You can receive tickets by combining Contact Form 7 and Flamingo for Contact Form 7. (There are also methods to set up unique ticket ids for contact form submissions) – Another one is to hire our theme customization service to customize the theme as per the requirements – in order to give you an estimate we need you to send us a project brief at https://modeltheme.com/theme-customization .
The current shape of this theme already includes the CF7 plugin.
One another way to discuss with your customers is the bbPress (forums) – included with the theme. By using the bbPress plugin, you will set up forums with topics(aka tickets), manageable via your admin dashboard.

Yes, the last update was released in 2020, and a new update is on the day. It will be out in a month or so.
If you have any details on why are you consider it outdated, that would help us a lot. We are always releasing bugfixes updates and also include new functionalities but in some cases when the theme is already compatible with the last PHP version, an update is not so important.

I have no idea what is specifically might be outdated but simply a year is a sign of outdate for a template in super sonic world.

The theme is support ticketing is based on bbPress forums. We also have a plugins (it is called Simple support tickets), which makes the connection with an Envato account (for Envato authors). If you are not an Envato author, the you can use the bbPress login/register. It will work just fine for support tickets.

There has been a critical error on this theme plugins. I had crossed-check with my hosting provider and got confirmed that its the issue with plugins. Its been years you guys released update for this theme!

1. Installed wordpress locally 2. Installed theme 3. Installed and activated plugin 4. Imported dummy data via theme panel, demo importer, import demo 5. Successfully imported dummy data however at the main menu “knowledge base”, knowledgebase filtered and knowledgebase a-z are missing

If that page is missing from your import, you can use the shortcode in any page:

If you want to use the shortcode in WPBakery page builder, simply search for “MT – Knowledge base Filter”.

This is possible by overriding the shortcode “knowledgebase-listed-filter”. If you are a developer, you can override it by following this tutorial (it is not for this exact shortcode, but you can use it as a starting point).

How can i change the paragraph font type from the one that comes with the theme, the default font is too faint, I want to use Arial, i have tried all i can but its not changing, all other fonts change though.
