Theme is full of malware, bugs, issues, crashes, so much so that I should get paid for fixing most of it and then we were promised a YUGE update on New Years which never came so I guess we all got taken by our money. I Bought the NOXE theme previously and it is garbage the design is nice but the admin panel sucks as it wont let you do anything. and I decided to Give Gloria themes another chance when I ran into this theme but yet again I bought another broken and badly coded theme from theme. YAY!
By the way all of us Newly Purchased to older clients with expired extended support. All of our Sites went down on the start of the new year with a blank wiki screen and only seeing the header. – I especially dont like this because I don’t want any provider to have access to my licensed copies unless I turn on auto updates or backend monitoring which I didn’t yet you still came in and did something on the backend I am very disappointed. and the last time I use any of your themes. I had such high hopes for you. Also during when our sites were working your Bullshit non existing big update banner was annoying having to x it out everywhere we went couldn’t you have done like the top theme developers on envato do and provide a link that says dimiss and dont show again. geez

Hello there, When will new updates be released? Could you please clarify? We are in January 2023 already and you don’t keep your promises to your valued customers! Why keep promising something you cannot deliver? I’m sorry to say this, but I find your announcement misleading, and I hate this business approach! I personally bought and renewed extended support back in July 2022, which I never used, because I was hoping to get support in transitioning into the new updates! Are you going to give us a refund?
Today, the theme is not loading so my website is not accessible! M hosting company (Godaddy) says this is not related to them but to contact the theme provider! They tried troubleshooting, but they couldn’t fix the error! Is this related to the New Updates? Sorry, I cannot submit a ticket because my extended support is already expired, which I did’t even used as I was expecting the new updates!

I had my website updated automatically, and it made everything worse. 1.2.1 was way better.
Now I don’t know how to get back on old one.

Hi, I have been using Wikilogy for over a year. Today I could not login my WP admin and got a message from Wordpress saying ‘This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.’ I have not made any changes to the theme or installed any new plugins recently. Please advise.
Also tried re-installing the theme from zip file, but it did not help.

Hello the new version of the theme makes the post and page content font size too small. and trying to change the font size under theme options admin.php?page=ot-theme-options#section_fonts it reports: ‘Notice: ot_validate_setting was called incorrectly. All stored data must be filtered through ot_validate_setting_input_safe, the on_off option type is not using this filter. This is required since version 2.7.0.’ and fonts remain the same. Thanks.
