It seems the theme author’s Cloudflare account is offline. Demo theme content, preview site, and their own domain http://bbioon.com are all offline. This really sucks because I cannot set up the theme, apparently for 2 months until they return. If a theme author is away then they should disable their Themeforest account until they return.

Thanks, it worked. Unfortunately it set me back a fair bit, and although there was a warning I find it very strange that your demo content has overwritten my client’s blog posts. Other themes preserve content when installing demo settings / blog posts. Maybe a future enhancement.

Also, for the Instagram sidebar widget, what format does it accept for the username? I tried inputting just the username as well as the Instagram URL, but the widget remains empty.

Another issue: the Post Fly Box is pulling text from the post’s body, and this is a problem because shortcodes are appearing in the widget. Is there a way to populate this text from the post excerpt?

Feature suggestion: the Review Description text field could benefit from accepting HTML formatting tags. Currently it only displays as one continuous chuck of text.

to remove the likes and views from the websites you have 2 ways:

1- Remove it from single articles (Post Settings)

2- Remove it from all archive pages and home page (Site setting -> posts setting).

so you have you log into your admin dashboard and go to theme settings -> site settings -> scroll down you will see (Posts settings) expand it to see the options in it. just click on Views meta and Like meta buttons to hide them and save.

We don’t have the latest version of the plugin (or an official version) because we didn’t bought it (We don’t need to buy it because we already have a review system integrated in our theme) we just searched for it on the internet and found a copy with version 2.1.3 and we found that this version is older than the latest version 2.2.2

also we tested the version we downloaded and it worked properly and we didn’t found any conflict with the featured image, so we asked for your version to see what’s wrong with it.

but how can we fix something we don’t know anything about it. so we asked for the plugin for testing your issue only (may be the issue in our theme or in the plugin) and if there is no error with our theme we will make a video to prove that.

I know why you asked, but you are missing the point, on both counts. Also, the fact that you downloaded a licensed product for free kinda says it all.

The details are, with the plugin installed, if we do not include a featured image, the review plugin doesn’t appear anywhere after lots of testing. I can create a clone of the site, and you can log in, but no FTP details and no live site details.

If you want the error logs, I Can send them.

Problem Solved, it was a conflict between Jetpack plugin and Taqyeem plugin and not from our theme.

Sorry but we have discussed the problem yesterday and we have detected that there is an conflict between your plugin (Taqyeem) and Jetpack plugin.

also you have installed our theme on a new wordpress installation and it worked fine with all functionalities plus your plugin so we are not responsible for any corruption you have in your site before you install our theme. we are responsible for making sure it works fine on a normal wordpress installation.

What else are you going to say? And no it didn’t, all the issues we are discussing are on a fresh install and and old install. What are you saying, if someone has a website that’s not brand new, you will not support them? Maybe you should state that in your support page. Also, I have the plugin, the excerpt and Jetpack working on a test page on my current site.

Also, you having a go is not discussing, the theme is a critical part of the environment, its the baseline for all things wordpress, the host comes after than and its a generic host that supports all required WP requirements. Everything works until we use your theme, then you aggressively pass it off as not your issue.

There maybe a conflict, but your theme is part of it. Theres also a question of your tone and conduct, inc downloading a licenced product for free and the suspicious rise in spam after purchasing your theme.
