Having implemented several Envato templates in the past, I'm noticing that the meticulousness has dropped a bit. In particular, this design does not come with good written documentation. Unfortunately, the videos provided don't cover all the steps and details. I also noticed sort of lack of detail in the template's options interface, such as missing alternatives for the logo, and the header in general. Unlike others, this template does not come with a method to include social networks, nor enough default widgets that would be useful for the purpose of the theme (services). Don't get me wrong, the design is pretty decent. What I notice is that the designers, unlike before, left out some obvious details so that they can charge for support in the future.

I would have to say that the response times were excellent with the support. We came across a few issues with our server's PHP settings vs. the theme and the text support was there to help and fix the known issues.
I have no fear of purchasing anything else from this company.
In my opinion they are the best.
