Could the slider design be wider like mag wise?
Wise Mag has a full carousel type while Wise Blog doesn’t have. Therefore, Wise Blog’s slider cannot be added like on Wise Mag full carousel type. However, you can add blocks outside Wise Content Sidebar Layout, a Slider Revolution blocks as a slider for it.

Yes, it supports multi-language, except for RTL.
how to install ?
There’s a .pot file in the thme on which you can translate the theme or you can use a plugin like WPML.

Theme functions are not good, you setup all things from widget. Can you make this from module etc.. ?
Look likes you customize default wordpress theme and selling.

Here’s the answers to your issues:
1. What kind of issue are you having with Fontawesome? Possible reason is the conflict on other plugins which uses Fontawesome or editing CSS directly with WordPress editor.
2. What do you mean by taking much time in update? Is it while adding or editing details on each home widgets? If it is, possible reason would be the server your site residing with or other issues like internet connection, PHP version, etc. Other buyers can use the theme efficiently even if it uses widgets to create homepage.
3. Yes, homepage is created through widget blocks. However, in the next following major updates, the theme will support Gutenberg blocks which we are still working with.
4. No, theme’s framework is not from default WordPress theme.

About CSS update this is not server problem because i have hosted approx 30+ website at same server and all things working fine

No, what I mean is that the CSS update in editor makes the font icons to be like f0, etc. In Fontawesome, possible reason is a plugin conflicting with it or the CSS is edited in WordPress editor (see FAQ no. 2). I am creating ticket But we can not make website as your template. I will need to work in css and after work in css your font icons should not be change. This is very big problem of your theme.
Please be reminded that the proper way of modifying a WordPress theme is by using a child theme. Even if you use other theme, the parent theme should not be used for modification. Therefore a child theme is necessary (see WordPress codex and FAQ, no.1, 2). We’ve responded also via support forum site and fixed your site.

Thank you for your interest with Wise Blog. Yes, you can use it at the same time in the same domain. In Adsense, you can place your Ads on posts and sidebar as well as for Amazon affiliates. For shop feature, you can disable and enable it if you wish to. For more information about the Ecommerce plugin, you may visit WooCommerce as it is the official supported plugin for the theme.

Looking at your site in HTML mode, there’s no widgets present on the sidebar. In our demo site, we’ve tested to add a sidebar and it is working well. You might need to clear browser’s and server’s cache or there are other factors conflicting with it. And also, please check again if a widget is added at Sidebar Shop. Try to add another widget, the widget you have added might have issues.

does it come with ad time management?

However, you can easily insert static and responsive ads without using a plugin to make your site faster. And if you want a more complex ad management with time management, you may opt to use a plugin for that.

It doesn’t include Whatsapp sharing button. However, you can disable the default sharing buttons and use a plugin for sharing button.

Let’s be fair here 99$ “wow” ,it is nice template but come on you are selling it on themeforest you are not alone here !!! however I really love it and by the way I can afford the price ,but I feel not fair deal while I can buy at least 2 professional themes with this price .
