The theme won't update all plugins which are neccesary (and installed) with the theme. My support ended but now i face the fact that this theme isn't usable anymore because the slider plugin won't update. I have to pay for the slider plugin to keep using it.Furthermore, this is the most complex theme i have ever used. it isn't user friendly and the theme isn't visible on all devices. There are many visitors on my site which cannot see/load my website or see all content on their smartphone.

I loved it. I've been using it for years and it's a timeless design.
I've contacted support many times to see when an update would be pushed out to fix the many bugs (ie import not fully working, sluggishness on the front and backend, broken CSS, WooCommerce severely out of date, and others), but have had the run around with dates being pushed back time and time again. At this point, I really don't know if there'll be an update or a fix for all these issues.

Unfortunately the Theme never worked correctly on my end. We never found out what the issue was. Customer Service took some some time to answer. So i gave up and will buy something different

Sorry but it just doesn't work for me. I tried my best to make it work but I found out spending too much time figure out the theme. I try to make the banner slide but I found now way to make it. It's lack of detail for documentation.
Good support but I feel like I'm not going forward (I need the website fast now).

I contacted customer support over and over again without ever resolving the problem. each time they wrote to me immediately after reporting the problem and then disappeared into thin air. I had to renew the service three times without ever resolving the problem. this is not seriousness.
Very buggy and slow theme. Horrible support and very slow updates. Once per year updates which results in this theme not working due to other required plugins getting updates and compatibility issues.
Wonderful theme once I worked out how to best make it work for my website. Once I was done building, I had a minor layout issue appearing on certain computers that the team were wonderful at helping me resolve.

Import is buggy, a lot of coding is not solid and the instructions are not easy to find and don't cover most issues I ran into.
By far, not my first WP site but definitely a painful one.
