Theme pretty to look at but with great limitations:
- pages that you can neither customize nor manage
- errors that magically appear
- event management that does not allow an order other than the one entered
- speaker management that does not allow a personal order

This forces the user to open tickets with support, which engages and does what it can, but with dramatic response times (even days) and, worst of all, either a failure to pay attention to what is being asked or a limited understanding of English, which forces the user to have to integrate questions all the time, stretching resolution times out of proportion.
One example out of all: I had problems with importing the demo and finding the theme settings and the ticket has 18 entries. Simply crazy.
Also random replies come in to old tickets, which, by the way, a user cannot close to put in some order.
The climax is the request for payment for " particular specifications", things I solved by myself in half an hour with the help of plugins.

Too bad, because the end result is nice, but too tiring for an onepage site (as in my case).
For me, a very bad experience not to be repeated.

I've gotten a lot of great feedback on my website design. The documentation was clear and it was so easy to setup! I'd love to reccomend this theme to anyone that wants a beautifully designed virtual conference or summit!

Overall i can recommend this theme. It hast the perfect fit for a conference or anything that goes into that direction.

Still I have found some things i was not that happy about (critique on a high level):
- Mobile Menu does not look that appealing
- Low customizability of the menu overall

Apart from that this is a really great theme.
