I buy (or get) this theme from Envato Elements, I can’t open a ticket because looks like there’s no way to valid my purchase on your ticket system; when I use Elementor Pro with Woocommerce the entire site break, the problem it’s “PT Wixo Addons” trigger this issue:

Go contact envato they will do nothing as i have full right for my opinion , you havent delivered what you promise as stated on the front page of the Theme. It says mockups included not that you going to prepare a download link.
Please read the reason of this in the prev comments! The main theme archive can’t consists of 500Mb of mock-ups, so our support team provide links for the necessary to download additionally.

the mockup was just some .png images which still was branded with your logo

It consists of tiff, psd, blender files of characters and render png files.
there was no tiff or psd in the package just the boy and girl branded in png
And my intention was never to insult anyone. I was very sad as i wanted this lovely mockups. Maybe i can change the logo with Blender. But i have never used it. I have sent a request to Envato to remove all comments. I thought we was having a privileged/private communication and not public. Im very new here and sometimes i think talking on Skype is better so we understand eachother. I hope we can work together so i get my logo on the lovely mockups.

They we created especially for our theme can be used only with our theme. We created them via 3D modeling
