1- View and search Envato sites
2- Download the user’s purchased items
3- List purchases the user has made.

Simply THE WORST. The whole point of a child theme is to preserve customizations. But this team puts together a theme that when updated, completely erases all those customizations in the Child Theme. Then, they send a link to a list of steps to 'restore' the site. However, those steps are limited and do not recover the site as it was. Complete waste of time. Instead of restoring my site, I will be switching to a new theme.

So sorry for the inconvenience you had. Version 4.0 can be considered as a completely new theme and we had to do so as the original theme built 6 years ago, otherwise the theme will be obsolete. We created an automated migrator which help you with most of the steps you need to do but still some few steps that must be done manually and thus we created a complete manual to help you with all steps. We will be glad to help you with that, please contact our support team for that.
We purchased 20 licenses. Wiz 4.0 breaks all of our CSS - The 4.0 is basically a new theme not an update and has caused so many issues with our client's sites. What a shame.

Version 4 is completely built from the ground up according to the latest standards which means there are major core changes. To make it easier to. upgrade for our existing customers we created an automatic migrator to help you exert less effort with the update. We also prepared a complete guide for updates that includes all the steps you need to do to safely update the theme. Such issues are expected taking into consideration the huge update and those can be easily fixed if you followed the proper updating procedure and updated first o a staging environment. This huge update that requires manual changes from our customers' happened ONCE ONLY since 2015 and it was unavoidable otherwise the theme would be 100% obsolete within few months. Isn't it an acceptable compromise after 6 years of non-problematic updates?

So sorry EmreBulak for the inconvenience you had, There is no scam, we promised to release version 4 which is totally built from the ground up this year indeed and we are few weeks away from release. The new theme is 100% ready and the main reason for release delay is that we wanted to make sure that the update from V 3.xx our current users will do will be as smooth as possible. So decided to develop an automated migration wizard for current v 3 users and we have huge number of testing cases to conduct before releasing to make sure you and other user won't need to rebuild your current websites from scratch. We are doing all of that just for the convenience of our current users who will pay us nothing to get this update. Thanks for understanding and hoping you reconsider your rating.

Hi. Everytime I have to work on this theme I'm soo pissed off that I can't wait to throw another shitty review at you.
Why the fuck did you build 4 footer columns (AND PUT IT IN WIDGETS!) while the homepage shows 3? Why the fuck do I need to go into 3-4 different places just to set up my footer and it still shits? How do I turn on the fucking 4th column?
Update: I found out how to turn on the 4th fucking column after an hour. Why the fuck do you want me to create the footer menu in MENU, then create the footer stuff in WIDGETS, then go to CUSTOM CODE to make their styles, then go to WIDGET POSITION?????????

As you asked what was wrong with the theme, let me list out a few points for you:
- The demo you made is too stereotype and its sections are non-applicable for what should be on a business website. Several important pages such as service detail are not available. These facts force the user to design new pages which costed tons of hours. The only thing usable on this demo was the flashy banner which you obviously invested time into for sales purpose.
- Several elements in your builder performs terribly with responsiveness, to name a few: google maps: info circle, row stretching. This again costed me days finding a way to make it look even adequately. Even the #content element always have top and paddings, which forces user to custom CSS it if they dont want a whitespace above footer.
- Your theme options attempt to include everything yet the most commonly used features are not available. Looking for a way to change something using your options is a pain in the butt. Remove all your sidebar and header options. Don't give us a bunch of options while we don't know how they work and none of them work properly.
I did not post any support request because I can customize anything - just that it costed me and my clients days of suffering to do that while we expect a theme to be fully functional and readily designed with a user in mind.

The critics written in your review are issues can be known before you even purchase the theme. For example your don't like WP Bakery builder used in the theme and also the demos. Okay that was so easy to know from the description and the demo pages before purchasing! why then you bought the theme?!
I'm glad that you stated that you didn't want to contact support, It's your choice for sure but we have done what we should do and offered you help but you refused to! :)
