One day the theme decide to die definitely, breaking my website and not working anymore.

this theme is not compatible with all the versions and when I contacted the team who write the code for this theme they are making filmy excuses.
Great theme, well thought out, and their support is top notch too, quick to respond and action.
Easy to use, good quality and very helpful assistance.

You can not tell me "Sorry to know" because I have talked with support this same day and their answer was:
"This is the default theme function. we are sorry about that"
So YOU KNOW, as support service is yours.
The problem is not a Wocommerce update, as, and I told this several times, it works with any other default wordpress theme. It is your fault and nobody else's.

Excelente customer support and great theme
Support is great! Theme needs a bit more intuitive functions but the support team makes up for it. The support team answers almost wiithin 24 hours and sometimes, way faster (like 1 to 3 hours). If you think support team is unecessary, you haven't bought a lot of themes. I've bought a lot of themes before and this support team is by far the best one I've encountered so far.
