We found an issue with the accordions + Facebook / Google Ads:
If the user arrives from Facebook or Google Ads. The url will be auto tagged with gclid parameter. More info: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/3095550?hl=en
If there is a parameter on the url, the accordions does not work. They open up a new, 404 page.
Example: 1. Open this url: https://d-themes.com/wordpress/wolmart/elements/elements/accordions/?gclid=123xyz2. Try the accordions. You will get a 404 error.

With WooCommerce integration, you can create detailed product listings, manage inventory, and handle the entire sales process seamlessly.
However, in terms of subscription models, our theme doesn’t have built-in functionality for subscriptions.
So you will have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

I like the look of the theme, but is there an option to disable other sellers functionality. I sell the product myself on my site and I don’t need the display of other sellers on the product page. And second question, I noticed that when adding products to cart on the product page, the page reloads. Do you have no function to add via Ajax ?

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in WolMart WordPress.
1) If you don’t need other sellers on your site and you want to sell your own products, you can do so.
For that, You don’t need to use it with any multivendor plugin. You can simply use it with the WooCommerce plugin to sell products on your store site only.
2) Regrettably, the single product pages and shop pages on our website are WooCommerce pages, Presently, there are no direct theme options available to disable page reloads when a product is added to the cart on the single product page.
However, we understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience and would like to offer an alternative solution. Our theme supports an animation popup feature that can be triggered when a product is added to the cart.
Moreover, our theme allows the integration of custom JavaScript, providing the flexibility needed to implement such customizations.
So you can achieve this using JavaScript or you can use any third-party plugins for this.

I bought the theme, tried registering on the support site, but there appears to be some critical error. i send support ticket via chat 32868. Also after install i see this error: wolmart/framework/templates/woocommerce/checkout/order-received.php of 8.1.0 is outdated. The kernel version is 8.3.0 how i can update them ?

It’s not with our server but it means the code has been already used, BTW, I have reset your purchase code now, please log in to your site, and then un-register, and then re-register the theme again with the same purchase code and try to update the theme again.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the “ship rocket” plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end on the Item Page.
So, if you want to use you can use it on your Site at your own risk. For the issues related to it, you will eventually need to contact the respective Plugin Support as according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues. You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better.
