Hello,

my website adress is :www.manhattangirl.ch . Afer I’ve installed Floris theme, I have some problems. 1. My WooCommerce plugin settings are ignored. For example, I chose “hide out of stock products” in woocommerce settings, but the products are still not hidden from the website. I’ve tried to activate another theme, and out of stock products are hidden, so it’s only Floris.

2. My web site is not totally translated in French language. Half of Woocommerce is en English. Than was not like this before I have installed Floris. So I checked .pot FLoris file, translated there and uploaded .mo file on my server in the same folder, but still some texte is in English. I’ve also tried to activate another wordpress theme and all is perfectly translated in French.

It seems like there is somethere config. file on Floris theme wich is blocking woocommerce and wordpress theme.

Can you help me with the problems?

We are struggling with many problems since we have installed your Theme. We have an IT Specialist from India and he told us that its about the latest update, respectivly the missing update from your part. Its a while ago since you guys have updated the Theme and we are wondering when you are going to do this step? We are happy with the theme but if we cannot get the site working because of missing updates from your part, we have to change to another.

Can you please tell me when you guys are going to make a new update?

Hello,

I’m adding a different mailing list/pop-up to my website and I’m not sure how to make that override the existing theme/pop-up.

I’m using omnisend with shopify and I can’t seem to get that pop-up to come up instead of the themes default.

Right after uploading the theme and clicking the Activate button, I got the following error (fortunately I have WP_DEBUG enabled):

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘exit’ (T_EXIT) in /home/myusername/public_html/wp-content/themes/floris/inc/init.php on line 1

I have PHP version 7.3. I have to say your theme looks fabulous but this is not a good user experience.

I managed to solve the first error. Now importing the demo data fails. Neither the auto nor manual import is working.

This is the output of admin-ajax.php, which works repeatedly while import script is running.
