For everyones that have problems with this problem “why the hamburger button does not collapse”, and you are tired to wait for the support, (cuz your clients dont wanna wait to the end of the time), or you have no time or hope for the new updates in this theme….. i found a simple solution:
Problem is about your libraries. Change them to

or just add this to the header code of your site, and save, trefresh , test in your desktop browsers redimention it like a mobile layout, or test in your phone, and you will seee, everything will work smoothly
I paid to upgrade WPBakery Page Builder to newest version. It broke the entire site. WP Bakery says the issue is because the older WPBakery Page Builder is modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one: https://i.imgur.com/I4GjM2x.png. Now when you update it, the customization made by the theme author was lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end.
Please advise. I purchased the new version of the plugin for my client as my server also alerted me:
“WordPress WPBakery Page Builder premium plugin <= 6.4 – Authenticated Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability”.
So I need to get this fixed for them.

this should have not been under support since we paid for the working theme and right now it’s not working. The themes should’ve been updated on a regular basis. Support is now requesting for us to extend but we shouldn’t need to.

I need to update Wordpress to version 5.5 or better 5.6 – as there was no update of your theme since 2018, I wonder if this update would crash my backend, as many other themes did while not being updated.
Pls give advice or even better: release a new update for the theme.

As for plugin updates, you just need to remove the current version and install when prompted, it will pull the latest version from our private repository. PLEASE UPDATE! – i had to integrate a old legacy jquery-version to get the tabs working again…
It’s a shame this author doesn’t release any updates, the plugins that comes with this theme got lots of updates and the author didn’t bother to release any update to make an updates for the included plugins. Example WPBakery Page Builder that’s included here is version 6.0.5 while the latest is 6.4.2
Hello, thanks for your feedback. We constantly monitor the plugins and release theme updates as necessary. All you need to do to have the latest version of the plugins is delete the current version of the plugin, then reinstall when prompted.

Hi! I have a problem! I want to make the theme look like in the Demo preview. I installed the Theme and followed the steps of “IMPORT DEMO DATA” (proceeded all steps). BUT the page looks different – there is no Demo data on the page and the design looks different.
