Hello, I have purchased the template but cannot find the ‘customiser’. I have installed all the plugins including kirki but I still can’t see any panel from which to edit certain sections such as the footer or favicon etc.
Please tell me, not all blocks have uploaded images on the main page, now they are displayed just in white, how can I load them? and google maps Also writes an error.
nice… but is there no instagram social icon option ? abd maybe you should think about an option to show the instagram profile feed as well ?

Hello, wonderful looking theme! downloaded it, installed it, set it all up.
But having some troubles with the video on the front page (coming soon page). Few questions: 1: It says the theme is responsive but on iphone (chrome & safari) the video won’t play and on ipad (same browsers), the video is not centered. 2: On iphone (using chrome and Safari) I cannot see the full countdown, only day an hours. 3: On desktop (using Firefox the website shows but I have both a vertical scroll bar (normal) and a horizontal scroll bar that can be moved right and shows just white empty page? 4: Is there a way to hide the “youtube movie name” and “sharing controls” on top op the video page? 5: When scrolling down the website on iphone/ipad the site is not staying fixed (horizontally) but kinda hangs loose. Means this is not sticking to its width?

Hallo, setup was easy for the “Coming Soon” on Top. But how can i install the Blocks under it? I’m in the Page Builder where i also setup the “Coming Soon” Template. After that i used the “WPBakery Page Builder” and thought you added a two-column design with element “text” and “picture”? But that look not like your blocks “Our Service”, “Twitter etc. with the pictures next to it. How did you do that? There is a lot of white arround and its not responsive like yours. Please help

Hello sir – I’ve downloaded the theme, it went through the install process, yet for some reason, when it comes up, it’s just a white background and a VERY basic looking blog. It’s not looking ANYthing like the preview. Am I missing a step somewhere? Why does it not look like the demo?

Hi there – just purchased yesterday and ready to use – however, is it not possible to use HTML within the content description area (where you place text) on the slideshow page? i.e. WEBSITE COMING SOON – then the text below it where you put a couple of lines – I wish to put in company contact details, but cannot add simple html in here like bold, inline css or links…. please advise
I just noted that above, the social area obviously can take html ok – is there a way that I can update that field for description so that html is recognised? Would be really important. Or maybe an update to theme if necessary? Thanks guys!

Well for now just pretty simple stuff like making text bold/italic – being able to layout address, phone, email using bold and normal fonts etc. If you can direct me to script I’m happy enough to do it via files etc Or ability to somehow change that field to the social area textarea so that it accepts html. For now, it just ignores html tags and leaves it dry text… not great

Video can’t work on mobile devices due to restrictions from YouTube and restrictions placed on content by the devices themselves. As it turns out, autoplay cannot be done on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) and Android.
Different OS developers intentionally disabled autoplay on mobile devices in order to protect user’s bandwidth. Many data providers charge based on the amount of data consumed, so the OS developers decided it was in the best interest of the user to not have a video automatically begin playing when the page loaded so it would not start racking up data charges.
Is there an easy way to import the demo exactly as it is? something like “one click demo install”?
