Hello, I have been using your theme for a long time and I still like it. I cannot ask a question via ticket bacuse my support for this item is expired.
I would like to know if there is a way using the filter restaurant menu without images and dotted style. I like filtering system but I do not need photos and the style is much bigger than others.
There is no option to use filter restaurant menu as dotted style. I can see just class area but I do not know the classes for that menu.
It would be great if you can show me a way to use filter restaurant menu in dotted style.

Hi again, please check the screenshot. I want to use the filter restaurant menu with style of normal menu with dotted. There is no option in filter restaurant menu widget except the id numbers of menus and class.

If a user tries to “reset password” and the email address doesn’t exist in the database, the user is presented with “File not found” page. The user should be shown an error message saying that the email address isn’t valid.

Please try to clear your cookies. In Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, go to: 1. Menu. The three dots in the upper right corner. In Chrome they are vertical, in Edge they are horizontal.
2. Go to More Tools >> Developer Tools
3. On the top you see Elements, Console, Sources … go to Application
4. Under Storage find Cookies.
5. Click dropdown. All the sites that have cookies on your computer will be listed.
6. Right-click your WordPress website and choose Clear. Or you may choose to Clear all of them.
7. Close and restart your browser, then visit your ticket again

Hi, ive got a pre sale question. here in the Netherlands we are using an other time scale of 24 hours. Not with Am or PM. is it possible to set the hours for reservation to 25 hours? 00:00 hours til 23:59 Hours?

Hi, I liked resca theme very much. Our new site have table reservation, can you please tell me, I have some doubt on reservation. 1. How this reservation form work and there is no option to add client phone number. ?. 2. How client will know how many table is left to book. If all table is booked at particular date and time, how we can’t stop further table booking. ? 3. If client book table, will it notify to restaurant email. ?

We use the table reservation system of https://www.opentable.com, when the client book a table they will redirect to the site of OpenTable and it allows add the phone to form, send email
It says “Slider Revolution included” but the plugin is asking me to register and my purchase code does not work ?

This week I bought but I have not been able to find the documentation with the installation instructions because all the links and videos are down.
I have tried to do it on my own, but when I finish installing the theme, activate it BUT it does not look the same as how you show it in the demo. The sources of the theme do not load me, the images do not load me.

Hi, i have a couple of problems.
When i try to change the logo nothing shows up. Same thing if i try to change the body font or sub title font, nothing happens. (I found that if i force reload the page it shows my changes but i think it still is weird)
The documentation says “Page not found”, when i open it up and click on a link For example Installation, it takes me to this page https://docs.thimpress.com/resca/#installation_menu_10

Hi, I bought one license of RESCA theme and I had to reinstall Wordpress and now, when I install de theme the purchase icon appears and I can’t download the demos and nothing seems to work, i’ve lost all the styles and nothing is ok. It seems that the license is tied to the other web and I need to untie it to use it again. I’m not trying to use de license twice but only in one web, but i can’t. Any idea?

Buy this theme and when downloading and installing it I realize that its plugins are obsolete, it has many visual errors that I cannot correct, when I check I see that it is an outdated version of 2017, I try to communicate with the support without success, I demand the latest updated version of this theme or the refund of my money.

Sorry guys. I love Eduma, but after searching the reviews and comments, this theme here has recent bad reviews where you apparently wouldn’t refund the customer. Been there myself, not fun. And it seems the demo content here is not in elementor (deal breaker for me). Please correct me if I’m wrong.
