It's a Great Theme and all but had so many Glitches after I used it for a Year or so. These are a couple of the Glitches I faced-
Reload Cache Problem(Customers are told to reset their cache in order to log in, it happens after a couple of days regularly.
Another problem I faced was Reloading Speed problems while Checkout and some other small stuff would take longer than usual sometimes. But it was a couple of good things in the Theme

This is easily customisable with a great design

The worst theme I've ever bought in my life. None of the Elementor add-ons work. I contacted support and asked for a solution, but they didn't respond. It's a very, very bad template from my experience. I didn't benefit from it at all.

Customer support is non-existent. I have been waiting 8 days for assistance to import demo data with no luck. I have shared WP Logins, FTP logins and still no luck... the support is really bad.

This is quite an excellent theme, its design and comfort make it quite compact, its support and customer service is quite good, only if you are a user with little knowledge this will be a bit complicated for beginners, but otherwise this is a pretty good topic.

Everything about this theme is bad. Features don't work, support is nonexistent and the theme code is poor and limited. The way they market this is misleading and you should not waste your money on this theme.

These guys are a scam and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake.

Great theme!!

Customisation was initially tricky but after their recent update, the site works smooth. Very little bug fixes, if any.

The theme is very good and the customer support is very available to help you to solve bugs and provide you all informations to set your theme. Suggested.

Customer support has been amazing.

There is a problem with remove username and remove user role features of registration page. It is not fixed for like a year
