This is a great theme but has two issues:
- Taxonomy pages don't have an H1 that includes the taxonomy name. This is awful for SEO
- It's not possible to directly link to a page with only remote jobs
Both issue have been mentioned to the developer but there seems to be no effort to make these changes

We do plan to address the issues you've raised however it's important to note that our theme undergoes continuous development, and there are various ongoing projects (like freelance marketplace functionality) and features in the pipeline. While we are committed to making improvements based on user feedback, it may take some time to prioritize and implement all requested changes.

I've researched pretty much every job theme I could find on here and elsewhere.
This one ticked all the boxes for the key features I needed but what has blown me away is the level of customer support provided by the team. Top notch responses on realistic timescales.
I've used other themes and the support doesn't come anywhere near this. Very impressive.

They have the best customer support in the world. Any question regarding the theme just open up a ticket and they usually reply withing 24hrs and you will get an email. Great ppl!!

Hi, we'd love to hear what kind of bug you experienced but last support ticket you send is 1 year old so I don't think it's fair to leave rating after such long time if you don't use our theme anymore because WorkScout is getting improved constantly.
If you want customisation, it's worth investing in the Smyl.es Plugins alongside this theme, other than that it has a lot of great customisations already available. Google Maps API is a little tricky to install if you're not familiar with it. Also as someone with minimal HTML and CSS experience, I found it tricky to install a custom font (that wasn't a Google font) with this theme alongside Elementor, BUT the Purethemes team helped me with this and their service is phenomenal. They answered all support requests quickly. Thanks Lukas!
If you have concerns about google core web vitals, better go with another theme. I have tried to optimize this theme with wp-rocket, but still, it is failed in several stages. Also, you can't use 2-factor authentication for WP admin with this theme.
Really good job board theme. Nice & flexibly & easy to CSS. Lots of options - it may take you a while to get your head around it all.
If you add a couple of plugins from Smyl.es & theme is fully flexible being able to alter job posting fields & further customise emails.
Customer support is first rate. They help very quickly if you are having problems. Most often it is not a problem with the theme but difficulty in finding where the setting is
