Too complicated in installation
A lot of options with this theme, and customization options if you have a developer/web pro. With the Apus team and Youtube I was able to do a lot of it myself. Apus responded to my queries within 2 days at the max.

This theme does not work, and the support staff is not efficient, I bought more than two weeks ago and the theme does not allow to load the demo, even with support, two weeks later not even providing them with my Cpanel Login, they cannot solve the problem, I hope it's just me going through this, but the experience I have is very unpleasant, it seems that they are doing me a favor, first I said that the password was wrong (in fact it was) I provided the correct password now they say that the page does not open, I proved that it is not true, now they say that they cannot enter Cpanel, I sent them proof that I use cPanel, and now they are saying that the provider is probably blocking IP oe Vietnam, nor they didn't even use a VPN to resolve that issue.
Since 7/7/20 I paid for the domain and until 20/7/20 they still haven't managed to solve my problem, and it seems to me that they are waiting for my support period to end or for the time to open a dispute on Paypal to pass. so that they benefit from the values by providing something that doesn't work.
It seemed that it would be a topic that would give me a lot of joy, but it is the worst headache, I in particular do not recommend it, I have been receiving support from the email apuswordpress@gmail.com just imagine that if I paid I am 95% unsatisfied now imagine if you had not paid.

Although this theme is beautiful visually. There are limited options available. Something as simple as changing the default logo on mobile should be thought of. My client doesn't want your theme logo on their site man. You need to make more effort with this theme before you start selling it.

Amazing Customer Support!
Quite possibly the worst support I have ever experienced on ThemeForest. I just built a marketing site from a theme bought on ThemeForest a month or so back and I can't say more about the quality of developer this theme had. Outstanding in all aspects. They could actually read emails, find credentials and fix issues. ApusWP on the other hand is like talking to a new person every email. Almost like it is automated, which actually wouldn't surprise me if it was. Anyway, we are not happy to say the least. I've asked for support multiple times, given them every thing they need, with no resolution or outcome on the backend. I have resulted now in asking for a refund to then just simply be ignored. If I can't set up the theme properly I can't use it. Therefore I'd either like support for the issues I have encountered or I'd like a full refund. If I could put a 1 star for all the reason in the droplist, I would but unfortunately I can't.

4. Positive team support , I got some issues with " date picker", they fix it quickly !
