Hello, I think you are trying to install the downloaded zip directly. But it contains not only theme but also much more.
Please extract that zip and you will found more than one folder. Among those, you will find a folder same as the theme name. Make a zip of that folder and install that.
Hope this will help you. Also please follow the documentation to setup the theme fully.

1. You will get lifetime update for this theme as long as We sell it on theme forest You will get the update for the lifetime of the theme. Though there is no time limit in which we must update the theme.
2. No, It doesn’t support AMP automatically.
3. Few in house custom plugin ( only to separate plugin territory functionality from the theme as per theme forest standard ). Other than that, Kirki toolkit is a required plugin.
Contact form 7 and MailChimp for WordPress, these 2 plugins are not required but recommended.
4. No, this is not a child theme. It is a full-fledge theme built from scratch.
5. You can translate the theme in any language following the WordPress standard. The .pot file is included in the theme. Bengali font should be supported. But if you need to change the font, you can do this easily using google font. We can assist with that.
6. If you wish, you can do whatever modification and customization on this theme. So technically you can add not just date but anything you want.
6. The theme has been tested on the latest version of WordPress v -5.2.2 and it’s working. If you find any bug you can report that. and we will fix as soon as possible.
