I see the “cancel reservation” button clears the reservation on the owner dashboard and the tenant dashboard and administration.
How do I know what amount I have to reimburse because I have no records of the amounts on the administration.
I do not see the remaining balance from the owners. I don’t see any financial activity on the admin dashboard.

Hi. You have in invoices the status canceled by user for invoices paid and booking canceled by user https://prnt.sc/1125mcw and in the invoice you have the details of the user who paid to send money as admin.
Wallet and payments from admin to user / owner are a complex functionality. It is not an issue, if it a functionality extension. I cannot advise if we will extend the theme for wallet and payments from admin to owner at the moment.
1. Can I change the names of bedroom, bathrooms, king Bed etc to something else?
2. Does the hourly calendar have several functions for the hosts to adjust. Eg. is to leave 30 minute space between each bookings? Only have certain hours available during the day?

i have been testing on many devices and also sometimes when clicking instant booking in mobile device the message don’t show so my test users clicking twice and so on.. so i wonder how i can show all the message above the submit button it will make more sense.

Hi Birken, I needed a little longer time to answer in order to investigate this. We already have a built-in functionality to automatically move the screen to show the message returned from the booking form. And I tested this, it works. I understand that the button should be clicked only once, that I can check with development, but I do not see why the message should be placed above the button since the page automatically moves to the message if the user does not see that by default.
i understand i have tested it and sometimes on mobile view it did not move up and also did some test with users they missed the message up there. as it is now it takes couple of seconds to load the invoice so could you help me with any of the below?
1. do you know how i can disable the “automatic moves up” then i can just add a css code to move it down?
2. or how can make small spinning circle so it looks like it loading?
Hi B, I cannot offer a solution as the message is triggered from jquery, We can advise where to look, but I know you prefer direct code solutions and in this case I do not have a way to provide the exact code. But will check for sure the idea to add a processing status to the send booking request button which should apply to both desktop and mobile.

Hi Birken, When user deletes his profile, which is available at all times in his user dashboard – My profile, his listings, bookings, messages are deleted. Woo details are independent from theme profile . 1 – Is it possible to remove the owner registration for new users of the site and leave only the visitor?
2 – Is it possible to create another type of reservation for the visitor to choose at the time of hiring? For example: book a room for accommodation or book a room for other purposes. If so, is it possible to put a different value for each one?

you gues are talking about existing clients, that must be strange clients who are using the theme, when the important things are not working. Like how birken said, its important that they can put children and infants in. That is standard todday. Also when we put 8 persons as maximum in, why sombody can choose 12, and click book, and the system say its only possible to book for 8 persons. Its have to show allready only 8 then somebody choose the persons how it work on airbnb
