Hi support, The service fee is being deducted to the host earnings. Is there a way that service fee will be reflected during booking cost derails and on top of the total price? In this way, host can get all the money they listed and the guest will be the one being charged of service fee.

1 – I can’t find anywhere a way to set a maximum time and a minimum for reservations, is this normal? or does the feature exist? 2 – Is there a possibility for the owner to choose to activate or deactivate the booking system and keep only the “Contact owner” functionality? 3 – I’m planning to use it for boat rentals, so I know I’ll have to change some of the wording, but apart from that, do you see any issues that make it unsuitable for this kind of need? or nothing to report?

the “sign up” is it something we need? i as notice if somebody signup before they do a booking they become subscribers not customers in the user role.
so when they are subscribers the still can book but they never become customers after the sign up, is that good or is it no diffrence?
can i remove the “sign up” safely if yes how?

Thank you for the comment.
The theme works with Subscriber level users so when they register from the theme, they will have a Subscriber role. You use Instant booking with Woo Commerece payments so the theme register is bypassed when a booking is placed. The account is created on Checkout by Woo commerece and then the customer account is created.
I think that you will not have any problems using both roles.

Subscriber is the user role from the theme register, Customer is the user role from WooCommerce register. Customer is generated when user registers through woo commerce, and subscriber is generated when user registers through theme register form. They both have the same options in theme user dashboard panel, where users see their bookings and profile details, so there is no need to remove subscriber. Thank you

The theme works with hour OR day booking, and if you wish to choose one or another, you can do that for each property with the mixt option enabled. The multi vendor rentals, not sure what it implies. The theme allows users to register and add listings, but the theme does not have vendor option like woo commerce (users to get paid by admin for their bookings). For payments, the theme manages payments only from user to site admin.

Can’t delete imported hours in Hourly Ical for years
On My Listings/Calendar, I imported hourly bookings from another testing site with Hourly Ical, all the booking hours were added sucessfully, but all these imported hours could not be deleted even if I followed your instruction to delete them on this My Listings/Calendar. Please test it to resolve these problem which was there for a few years.

You can make login automatic with woo commerce checkout – but you need to set deposit and user needs to pay that. Booking is set to instant too. hi, on the listing page at the bottom is the map to show were the listing position. Now on that map is showing the info details with image etc… How can hide that as is no reason to show the image price etc… on the listing page i just want to show the small icon were the listing is position!

is it possible to control the zoom map on the single property page? as i want the map to be zoomed out so user can see where the listing is on the map. when is very zoomed in is very difficult to understand where the it is.

Can’t delete imported dates in Hourly Ical
I imported some hours from other sites with Hourly Ical, then one date need to cancel. I followed your instruction to delete these imported dates, but it doesn’t work, the hours is still in my site, not be deleted. What is the right way to delete it? Thanks

We’ve been very pleased so far with WP Rentals but we’re struggling now to find any ability to EDIT a confirmed reservation (add a day to a confirmed booking). The backend seems to allow for changing dates but there’s a big warning DO NOT EDIT FROM BACKEND. And there’s no options to edit or ADD a day on a reservation from the frontend. Am I missing something???

A confirmed booking cannot be edited because a confirmed booking can be linked to a deposit and remaining balance which would create issues if dates were changed manually. A confirmed booking can be only be canceled and then a new booking must be added (manually by property owner – help https://help.wprentals.org/article/adddelete-booked-periods-as-owner/ or again by user)

- Could you mention all the platforms that offer this calendar synchronization?
- Does the process for synchronization change in any way between one platform and another? (Again, can the property owner do this synchronization between all platforms easily?)
