Really bad Technical support : 6 days to change my web to RTL and fix Map listing, i think we lose our time and our money with this company, maybe they don’t have time for customers, they sale and without support .

1- the first ticket, your work on it were to change the web to RTL and you deleted my home page and then restored it after I complained.
2- After that, the map listing page does not work, and you told me that the reason is unknown? Then you asked me to remove Wordpres and install it again.
3- After installation it also did not work, I fixed it by myself and i sent you the working method in a ticket.
4- After that, the subscriptions and user registration page does not work.
in the end after 6 days you come and say to me that you have too many tickets.
Really, talking to you is a waste of time and money

Then you asked me to remove Wordpres and install it again.
I showed in the ticket that you had errors in the console from your 3rd party plugins. If the pins on the map were a theme problem, the same behavior should have happened even after the site reset. After you reset the site, I disabled your extra plguins and installed the theme, then no errors were shown and the map with pins worked correctly. The reason was not unknown and I advised about the errors from your plugins.
3- After installation it also did not work, I fixed it by myself and i sent you the working method in a ticket.
When I sent you the reply, the pins on the homepage worked. That was the request that you raised. I have provided all the necessary help articles to set the map after you make changes. You assigned the Properties list template and this way the connection between the list and the map was made automatically, but when the Map is set as the page header you need to follow the help articles that I provided. https://help.wpresidence.net/article/custom-header-options/4- After that, the subscriptions and user registration page does not work.
The user’s level label translations need to match in the theme language file and in the core plugin language file. I made a video showing what you need to check. I was not able to check this for you due to limitations for the user that I had.

you will find screenshot that same problem with out fixing and i taked screenshot after i fix it by myself,
all the translation is done and you will see it in done in your video but i cant find it in the User Role Settings in your WpResidence child theme, User Role Settings in your to chose it
I think next time you should end the matter with your client and take care of him better than talking to him here and wasting the same time you would have solved his problem.
any way i canceled the project and i lost my time and my money .
if you fix it okay if not also okay i don’t care about it, i will not work with your company again and i will not recommend this theme to any one.

After testing the theme , I think this is not good for me.
First because it doesn’t have a rent option with booking I had it had, and also because it has lot of options that I seek and doesn’t has so I will not be using it in my project and i will have to look for another theme.

This theme/plugin is pretty great, we’ve got it implemented for a client with some slight customisations. I am doing a custom API integration code, so i have noticed a few spelling mistakes in post meta and inconsistencies in function names etc – I am guess from quick iterations in the past.
Anyways – we have a display price custom field as some properties they want a range displayed instead of a set price.
This works great, however the last place I am trying to get the display_price custom field to show instead of the property_price is on the map info_cards
I’ve tried a few things with the map js files and some plugin functions but i just can’t seem to alter it.
is there anyway you point me in the right direction? i am using a child theme and am so close! i’ve already added my own accordion function to handle open for inspection data for example. i have also created the ability to have more than one floorplan section displayed where put a separate drone overhead video.
so i am pretty comfortable adding this functionality. just need the right advice!

Hello, is it possible to add a pdf button next to the print button? and that this pdf button downloads the option to save as pdf automatically without the need to click on impimir
Hello, This is not possible I am afraid. The print button will show the save to pdf or print option but user needs to select himself.

hi, in the theme settings, there is a section for reading pins from a file, which is mentioned to be useful for the speed of the site. Does this section work if the number of these properties is more than 30,000 properties? Can a file be created with this amount of data?
Hello. The read from file depends on server. It is a file that writes all properties pin info. The more data, the more resources. We tested with up to 1800 listings (up to 3k with an old demo), but we did not test with 30k so we cannot confirm if read from file will apply
You can manage the number of properties to show in map.
There are pages like search, properties list and properties list half that show only the number of pins selected in theme options.
Read from file applies to default page template with header maps.

When a user signs up on my page, the system automatically accepts that person. Can we implement a feature where every signup generates a new user request sent to the admin via email? The admin will then decide whether to accept or decline the request. Is it possible to implement this feature with the current theme?

Also I see that when you add a property even if you insert it in the dirección and google finds the direcction, you have to insert the STATE and CITY and even COUNTRY by hand.

The theme has 2 options for the address in the submission form: 1. Use autocomplete and the values for the fields will generated based on the address that you choose 2. Use dropdowns and the values need to be added from admin.

The search cannot use title and description. Keyword field can be used for property title.
You can use geolocation search to find properties by country, state, city, area based on map location (map coordinates) Geolocation uses Open Street Places library.

If you need 2 or more languages at the same time, only a multi-language plugin can do that.
Since the theme supports several features (advance search, custom fields support) not all plugins can work. We have been tested by WPML and Weglot plugin developers http://help.wpresidence.net/article/multi-language-3rd-party-recommended-solutions/
Weglot works without any special code needed from us.
For WPML – Based on the assistance of WPML plugin developers, we made the theme WPML compatible (we integrated special code from them to make certain elements translate: custom fields in particular).
Please keep in mind that WPML is a multilanguage plugin which is paid. Must be installed and used separately from the theme. It requires admin translates everything manually from wp-admin.
Also, the support for the plugin is normally done by WPML or Weglot as the support code is based on their documentation and instructions.
They tested the theme before confirming it is WPML or Weglot ready. If there are settings we know of how to translate, we help without issues. But if there are problems, these have to be fwd-ed to plugin developer support.
This would apply with any other 3rd party plugin.

Hi. I’ve a pre-sales question. The theme seems to meet all of my requirements expect for one: do I have the ability to change the names of user roles? For example, am I able to change the name of the user role Developer to Investor across the UI?

The text “developer” is translatable. It is coded to translate with wordpress pot system. You can create an english version of the default .pot files and change labels with that. There is a plugin called Loco translate that help translate from wp-admin.

Hello, Wordpress has a limit for categories in general. There is no import bulk, but if you get a plugin for that, you should be aware there is a limit. State – City – Area dependency will not work for imported categories Only for categories added through theme (as users add properties or manually from admin)
Theme individual categories are displayed as dropdowns. There is a limit in wordpress, and you cannot show thousands of items in a dropdown. It would not be user friendly anyway as users needs to scroll to select a category.
The theme is not created for multiple countries, which usually implies different currencies too. A default country is set in theme options and state, city, area can be shown in front end. Country is auto populating with default country set, and if you want to hide, you can do it with custom css (that field i needed for place location button)
Theme has places search instead of dropdowns, but you do not need to import. Location can be saved as users add properties.

Can the menu change depending on the type of property chosen? For example, if office is chosen, it is absurd to ask about bedrooms, or if land is chosen, it is absurd to ask about bathrooms.

the submission form will be global and the fields will not change based on the category selected, but the fields that are not filled in will not show in the property pages. For property pages, you can create custom templates with Elementor and add only the fields that you need for each category.

But for the search box ?? Would be strange if a client chooses to find a land in the search box and it asks for bedrooms or bathrooms no ??
Hi, the theme is not built for a directory style listings, but what we have is tabs + different fields for each tab. So if land is a tab, you can add different fields for that tab. In submission all fields are the same always, you control what fields to show from theme options, but they are the same field no matter what category you select.
