Great theme Support

I am using the theme for about a month already. There are some features I like, some that I don't like. For example, the elements of the pages are edited using different plugin builders. This is very confusing especially in the beginning. After you've learned where what is set it gets a bit easier. My initial experience with support team was not nice because I missed the fact that we have different time zones which caused me waiting around 15-18 hours to get a reply. This and some other details made me very disappointed so I shared my opinion in my review. I got very quick response to it and I saw a big change in the way my concerns were addressed. I received assistance I needed. I'd like to confirm that Support team is working good. Thank you for your patience and assistance.
