I’m interested in purchasing your plugin, but I need some clarification before proceeding.

The website I’m referring to is: https://lms.intellipaat.com. It appears to use a master site and subdomain setup. When I log in to the main/master site, I am automatically logged in to the subdomain (lms.intellipaat.com) as well.

I would like to know if your plugin supports this kind of automatic login across subdomains (Single Sign-On). Will it work out of the box, or will I need to perform any manual configuration to achieve this behavior?

Hello. I would like to receive proper support, not a shifting of responsibility onto someone else. I purchased your template and installed it on a new, clean hosting environment. The template is functioning poorly and incorrectly — this has been confirmed by the specialist responding to the support tickets. However, they are not offering any real solutions or steps to resolve the issue.

The only thing they mentioned is that the problem might be related to the hosting. They also claimed that no one else is experiencing this issue — but this kind of response is not acceptable to me. I don’t care whether others have the same problem or not; I care about the fact that the template is not working properly for me.

It has already been a full day since the last response from support, and once again, no solution was offered. I expect my issue to be resolved. I paid for your product and I want it to work as intended.

Hi team! is there any option to disable the display of all members in groups component of student dashboard? there must be an option to let the admin choose to show or hide the member list and activities under “Batch Tab” . Also there is button to view the batch “View as Public” which show the information as number of members, group creation date, type, members list etc. When we use your LMS system for the e-learning platform, there may be huge security risk due to these information open to all.

Hi, I have already purchased your Tutorly theme, and I am now planning to buy WPLMS to combine the plugins from both platforms into a single website.

My idea is to install WPLMS as the main theme on my site and then add the booking plugin and all other Tutorly plugins.

The following issue is due to enabling the “Improve REST API Performance” option, which I had already reported 10 days ago:

“Please note: User login redirection has suddenly stopped working. After logging in, users are being redirected to the homepage instead of the dashboard. The setting under WP Admin > LMS > Settings > User Login & Registration Settings is correctly configured to redirect to the dashboard, and it was functioning properly until a few days ago.”

​1- The only way to close this dropdown is to click on the profile icon, This is an issue if the user mistakenly clicks on notifications as their notifications will be hidden and there is no way to resee old notifications

2- The profile icon does not change same time after the user has changed their profile picture. The user will have to refresh the system to see it.

3-The user can move around the system and the timer is not disturbed, however as soon as the timer rans out, the quiz restarted.

This puts the assessment at risk for being compromised – the user can go back to the training to check the answers.

hi team, please pay attention! user login redirection stopped all of sudden. after login, user is redirected to home page while wp-admin>lms>settings>User Login & Registration Settings is already set to dashboard page and it was working till few days back.

user activation should goto dashboard page.

i tried wplms > buddypress > user activation redirect > my courses/dashboard. it redirect me on homepage.

i tried this code

Hello, is there any trial version you provide?

Users are auto logout after inactivities or when browsers are closed. We now focused more on mobile interface and ill like to disable this feature on our website, so users can remains login unless they logout themselves, even after browsers are closed.

How can I disable this auto logout, please?
