You guys should consider a ticket-based support system. I purchased the theme and it failed to install the first time and no support answered. I don't understand why you use topics in support where there are never responses for days. I haven't received a response on your support page to date.

1. The plugins come outdated on purchase and the installed demo is different from what's on your live demo.
2. The default members are not there.
3. There is zero support for most issues raised on your support forum only to get half-backed Facebook messenger support?
4. The documentation is not straightforward

I had emailed them asking if there was an HTML only version they replied saying yes but when I purchased the template it was WordPress only. When I asked for a refund they said no.

As already communicated we do not have HTML version of this template. You can however extract courses into HTML. Setup WPLMS locally in your computer, enable resilient PWA, download courses. refer more details , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLDs4Ue1vzU

The customer support has been slow, they tried to help and actually ended up helping what we needed but the time to reach the solution was weeks. i think this can improve greatly.

Its not easy to make site on WPLMS... to many errors
its more than a month but still I could'nt start my work

Basically, the product is ok. But there are such a lot of bugs and problems. The hotline is available, basiclly, but I have been spending weeks just waiting for answers. Some problems have to be explained and explained again and then with good luck, the one or other is solved. Some things are indeed solved but: They were not there before some or another update. Leave alone the issues occuring because I use multisite, and the product cannot deal well with this...
In the meantime I have regretted to buy the product, but have invested so much time in testing and fixing that the turn around point for me has passed, and I will have to go on fighting ...

Thank you for the review. We are improving with every feedback. I hope, you are aware the bugs/issues which get fixed are the ones we can control. The remaining unresolved ones like, the customisation of mails in WP multisite, forgot password email redirect link, is something related to WordPress's way of functioning.
