What difference and benefits between the htlm and wordpress version for this theme?

HTML version is not functional, like you cannot sign up or add a listing, without actually changing HTML code.
While WordPress version is fully working using WordPress Structure

Ok perfect, so if I understood the wordpress version is more dynamic and is the most suitable for a dynamic project such as directories. I am interested in this theme for a b2b directory. in my business model, I foresee spaces banners pub, that’s what this theme fills this, and also for the trade show, the logo space for partners, membership subscription, can they be done online with visa and paypal cards for example?. After the purchase, there are no hidden fees? should I add plugins? Thank you

No hidden fees to get exactly as demo with all mentioned features.
