@Hanleymedia I’d rather see problems fixed instead of a new layout, which you can actually tweak by a proper use of Wpbakery. Myself, after spending a lot of money on custom work, I wouldn’t like to see it trashed just because people think they need a “modern” design. This theme distinguishes itself from other directories because of its unique functionalities… if only they worked. As for now, it’s not even possible to upgrade to PHP 8.0 as it breaks. My business has actually not taken off for the many issues, coflicts, and outdated plugins. Something else to think of, instead of design, right?

You’re theme has only 2.5k sales – because it hasn’t been updated in TWO years and you need a professional UX / Designer to improve your layouts and theme style. Most other Directory provide more category / page layouts and look more modern. For example, why doesn’t your theme have a half map layout? One layout with a map on top and two columns is very limited compared to other Directory themes.

Hello, I understand you are working on updates but it’s been over 12 months now, this is a great theme that you developed here, lots of features, I applaud you for that, can you estimate the release date for updates? “Soon” has been said many times even 5 months ago. Maybe also give some details on what we can expect in the updates, it would be nice. One other great suggestion is to have businesses reply to reviews in their business profile, we all know how powerful reviews are, so if businesses would be able to reply it would be great, or even allowing comments, please think about it, might make your theme stand out even more.

The new MultivendorX has got some restrictions on the products and cannot be used with Wyzi as before, unless one purchases the Pro version. Are you honestly working on an update with MultivendorX licenced into Wyzi? Not to mention WpBakery and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery which are several versions behind.

I think it’s about time you publish a statement explaining the status of this theme.
You have dropped updates for a year and there are licenced plugins which are falling behind with their outdated versions. There are also plugins which have fully rebranded their technology and probably will break Wyzi very soon.
You have also underdelivered the custom job I paid for, which has left me with an unusable website. This has lowered my esteem for you, who have come up with a lot of excuses (staff changes, holidays, etc.) but are failing to keep us posted. If you are going out of business due to the socio-economical situation in your country, you should at least say it!
