after installation I have code errors on the theme, it is unusable, money thrown away

The template itself is ok! but the support and service lags. Reminds me of using to cheap service from freelancing sites with very poor support afterwards. I won't buy or recommend anyone buy templates from this team as they have failed to respond to my emails on time. #poorcustomerservice
Well Done for the use and price
A lot of bugs, always the team pretends being on trips and not having time to fix bugs, there is a bug in portfolio since in beginning.
Now after updates the portfolio is not being updated with new projects .
I have written more than 3-5 e-mails without response just excuses and no work done.
